Character Sketches

I was looking around my old files and I saw an unfinished sketch that I did 2 years ago for a certain project that didn't push through.  So I decided to finish the sketch and try to see what it looks like...

Playtime

Everyone deserves a break from our hectic busy lives.  Even the dogs...

My Chick

More random sketches of a single character...

Character Sketches

Just a few character sketches that I did a while ago.  I haven't had the luxury of a time to practice lately but I will try to do more for this blog in the coming weeks...

Pug

I did a quick character design of a Pug for a recent client.  I hope this story would push through because I really liked what was written in the manuscript...

Ambient Lighting

A little practice on interior lighting...

The Mountain

I couldn't find the time to work on anything for a long time.  For the meantime, I'll just do a quick warm-up painting...

Girl

I attempted to do a portrait painting this morning.  I did this for more than an hour.  It still needs a lot of improvement but I'm happy with the outcome...

Sleeping

I made another random 20 minute painting for a morning warm-up...

Cozy

I wanted to do a dark themed painting for today.  I have managed to get a reference picture in the internet and this was the output...

Corals

It's been a while since I did a morning warm-up.  Let this be my 1st post for the year...

Curious Bear

I wanted to draw something cute this Sunday.  So I made this one...

Green Field

A quick painting before going to sleep.  Maybe something I'd like to dream about...:)

Drought

A 15 minute painting tribute to climate change.
